ATLANTA, GA, May 03, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ — Old Lady Gang Restaurant has signed a 5-year, 2,800-square-foot lease to open its second metro Atlanta restaurant at Camp Creek Marketplace in East Point, Ga. The restaurant’s owners – Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss-Tucker and her husband Todd Tucker – plan to open the new location by late summer.

Ackerman & Co.’s Bryan Davis represented Old Lady Gang in the lease transaction.

The restaurant specializes in updated Southern classics such as shrimp & grits martini, deep fried deviled eggs and grilled lamb lollipops, and offers a variety of craft cocktails, including Sneaky Georgia Peach and Stubborn Atlanta Mule.

The new restaurant follows the original Old Lady Gang on Peters Street in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Atlanta.

“This lease provides Old Lady Gang a strategic location in a busy shopping plaza with a varied mix of big-box stores and national retailers, while bringing the gang closer to their Real Housewives of Atlanta fan base,” said Bryan Davis.
