Denver Pooch Party which kicks off its first annual event Oct 8th from 12pm-6pm at City of Cuernavaca Park built on steep, rocky slopes on both sides of the south platte river. Named for one of Denver’s ten “sister cities,” Cuernavaca, Mexico lies at the same elevation as Denver. The name “Cuernavaca” is derived from the Nahuatl phrase “Cuauhnāhuac” and means “surrounded by or close to trees”.
The Denver Pooch Party will have various contest, agility courses, training tips, product sales/sampling and more for the entire family. We are expecting about 50-100 dogs to register to compete in various contest throughout the afternoon.
